Ingredients

    4 cups lettuce
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    2 thin slices red onion
    1/2 c shredded carrots
    6 tlbs ceaser dressing light
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar
    1/4 cup each red and green peppers chopped

Directions

wash and chop all veggies combine with cheese and dressing and mix in a covered bowl(shake)
