Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package) (remove)

Directions

Beat eggs in heavy dutch oven. Add vanilla, sugar, & flour. Mix well. Add milk and water. Stir until smooth. Put on burner set at medium heat. Cook until pudding thickens stirring constantly. After it is thick , remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until they are well melted and blended. We like it hot or cold. This recipes makes 10 cups of pudding. It can be made with Splenda in place of sugar.
