Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 3/4 cups ketchup
    2 tsp prepared mustard
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp vinegar (white)
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown and crumble ground beef in a skillet with diced onion. Cook until beef is done and onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer together at least 15 to 20 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Serve on hamburger buns.

Makes about 12 generous servings.
