Ingredients

    2 lbs. pork boneless shoulder cut in 1" cubes
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can (13 oz) tomatillos, drained & mashed
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup snipped cilantro
    1/2 cup chopped green chilis
    1 Tbs. dried oregano
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Coat pork with flour. Heat oil in 10" skillet. Cook & stir pork over medium heat until brown. Drain.

Sir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until pork is tender - about 45 min.
