Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound of ground turkey
    1 cup fresh spinach-chopped fine
    1 cup fresh mushrooms-chopped fine
    3 cloves of garlic chopped
    Mix all ingredients well, try not to over mix, burgers can get tough, can be either pan fried or placed on the grill-make sure to spray with Pam non stick spray prior to cooking (helps avoid sticking)
    Mayo:
    3 TBSP light mayo
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 clove of garlic pressed
    mix well refridgerate until ready to use.

    Top burgers with swiss cheese, mayo-
    enjoy!
