Ingredients

    1/2 cantalope 1/4 watermelon 1c fresh sliced strawberries 1c fresh blueberries 1.5c fresh seedless grapes 1 med apple pealed and cored

Directions

Cut the rinds off melons de-seed cant, slice berries and dice apple toss apple w/ lemon juice to keep from turning brown, cut melons into bite sizes. Now combine all fruit together in large bowl. toss, set in fridge. This is great for get those fruit servings. Lunch, Dinner,or snack . It works. makes about 12 ser
