Ingredients

    4 Medium Potatos.
    1/4 cup of oil - use something healthy
    1/4 tsp of salt
    1/4 tsp of pepper


Directions

Peel four potatos. Discard peelings. Cut potatos into 1/4 inch by 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch peices. Heat oil to about 375 degrees in frying pan. Add potatos and seasoning.

Heat until browned. Turning occasionally.

Makes about 4 hearty servings. Or 8 normal sized portions. Potato's will shrink slightly. Serve immediately for best experience.
