Ingredients

    1 lemon (for zest)
    1/2 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
    5 cloves garlic
    1 cup Italian-style Panko
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 fish fillets
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp Greek seasoning

Directions

Preheat grill. Peel a few strips of lemon peel, without any white pith. Chop finely; 1 tbsp; place in bowl. Finely chop garlic. Add to lemon, parsley, garlic bread crumbs pepper sauce and olive oil. Mix well using fingertips until blended and set aside.

Place fish on grill; grill 2-3 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145 F.

Transfer fish to a warm plate and top each filet with a generous portion of the herb-crumb mixture.
