Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup soft whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup oat bran
    1/8 cup ground flax seed, chia or hemp
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/2 cup honey, maple syrup, agave or organic raw sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/4 cup low fat milk
    1 1/2 cup blueberries
    1/3 cup light butter
    1 tsp. good quality vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all until ingredients until just mixed. Fill muffin tin and bake at 350F for 20 min. Cool in tins slightly then remove to baking rack.
