Introduction

you add or take away the vegetables to your won taste you add or take away the vegetables to your won taste

Ingredients

    2 x fresh medium size eggs
    30 ml of semi-skimmed milk
    1 tbsp of butter, either salted or unsalted
    0.5 tsp of salt and pepper
    3 x fresh medium mushrooms
    0.5 cups of stripped peppers , red / green / yellow
    0.5 cups of chopped onions , red or white (doesn't matter - red are sweeter)

Directions

1. fry off all vegetables, with the butter, starting with the onions then mushrooms then peppers (cooked)
2. Add the milk , salt and pepper, and eggs and make an omelette (make sure the eggs are cooked thoroughly before serving)
