Introduction

A simple dish that's easy to make and easy to enjoy--perfect for anyone that can't cook or doesn't have the time! A simple dish that's easy to make and easy to enjoy--perfect for anyone that can't cook or doesn't have the time!

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Spread
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp pepper
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp dry basil
    1 Tbsp ground oregano

Directions

Thaw chicken breasts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place breasts in glass baking dish. Cover with olive oil and butter (your preference melted or not--the oven will melt it later). Use 1/2 the spices and rub into the breast. Flip breast and rub other side with remaining spices. Throw in the oven for 25-35 minutes until thoroughly cooked (no pink!). Enjoy!
