    5-6 tomatoes cut into eiths
    3 T olive oil
    2 T minced garlic
    3/4 tsp salt and pepper( optional)
    1 to 11/2 lb of medium shrimp ( shell off and cleaned)
    1 cup crumbled feta
    2 T lemon juice
    1/2 cup chopped parsley


Bake in the oven at 450
Put tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in oven proof dish and mix thoroughly. Bake for 20 min.
Remove from oven, add raw shrimp, parsley and lemon juice, Mix again and cover w crumbled feta and place back in oven for 10-15 min until shrimp is done. serve with french bread or over spaghetti.
