Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 medium scrubbed potatoes, sliced thin, 1/4" thick
    1/2 c skim milk
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp margarine
    1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese
    paprika

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place potatoes in a sprayed 11x7" baking dish.
3. Add milk, seasonings, and dot with margarine. Cover with foil.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
5. Take off cover. Put on cheeses and paprika.
6. Return to oven for 10 minutes to brown.

Serves 12 people, 1/2 c per serving.
