Ingredients

    8oz. Flank Steak, Sliced in thin strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can beef broth
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
    1 tbsp spicy szechuan stir-fry sauce
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    4 cups broccoli flowerets

Directions

Coat non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Add beef, onion, and garlic and cook until brown.
Move to plate and add half the beef broth and broccoli
Cover and cook until tender
Meanwhile add the remaining ingredients into the remaining beef broth and stir till combined.
Add to pan when broccoli is done and stir constantly until thickened return beef back until warmed through.
Serve
