Ingredients

    1 [ 5oz ] can solid albacore
    1/4 C mayonnaise
    1/4 C chopped black olives
    1/4 C chopped onion
    1/4 C chopped celery
    1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
    1/2 tsp celery seed
    dash of each of these:
    cayenne and black pepper, salt, paprika.

Directions

Lightly mix all ingredients. This can be served as a stuffing for tomatoes, scooped onto a bed of salad greens or cold brown rice. Makes about 3 [ 1/2 cup ] servings
