Ingredients

    # Garlic, 3 cloves (3 dientes de ajos)
    # Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (1 cdta de oregano)
    # Pepper, black, 1 dash (una pizca de pimienta)
    # Salt, 1 dash (1 pizca de sal)
    # Promise, Light Margarine, tub, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving 2 cdas de margarina baja en grasa)
    # Water, tap, 2 fl oz (1/4 taza de agua)
    # Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (1/4 taza de cebolla picadita)
    # *Banquet Chicken Breast Tenders (5 tenders), 1 serving(s)-(5 pedazos de pechuga sin piel)

Directions

1-Crush garlic, oregano, black pepper and salt.
Machaque los ajos con el oregano, la pimienta negra y la sal.
2-Dice the chicken breast tenders and mix with the garlic paste until each piece is seasoned with it.
Corte las pechugas en pedazos y adobe las pechugas de pollo con esta pasta hasta que este bien adobado.
3-In a frypan, melt butter and sauteed chicken. Add water and cook until water dissapeared and chicken are cooked.
En un sarten, derrita la mantequilla y saltee el pollo.Agregue el agua y cocine hasta que el agua desaparezca y el pollo este cocido.
4-Add onion and sauteed with chicken until onion is tender.
Agregue las cebollas y saltee con el pollo hasta que la cebolla este blanda.
5-Serve 3 portions.Sirve 3 raciones.

    Very Good
    A yummy dish. It tasted light, the garlic and oregano added a very good and mild flavor to the chicken. I used 4 chicken breasts, since 3 would have been very small portions. I'll definitely make this again, but will most likely serve them over a linguine or other pasta. Thanks! :) - 2/23/10

    yes, it is and it taste delicious.You can also sauteed diced potatoes and diced carrots, too.It is fantastic.
