Ingredients

    4 wholemeal pita
    200g skinned peppered smoked mackerel fillets skinned
    30g watercress(removed large stalks)
    1tsp mustard
    100glight cream cheese
    70g low fat natural yogurt
    grating of whole nutmeg
    1.5 tbsp lemon juice
    salt
    watercress to garnish

Directions

Split pita, cut in to dipping triangles. Bake in med oven for 8-10 minutes.
Whiz rest of ingredients in a processor. Serve garnished with Watercress with pita chips.
