This is recipe I found on the internet for a light Pumpkin Shake. I modified it to use Almond Breeze (40 cal - 1 cup) to lower the calories. Helps satisfy the pumpkin pie craving in me. Ingredients

    1 Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla (40 cals)
    1/4 Cup canned Pumpkin
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    Dash of Ginger, Nutmeg and Ground Cloves
    1-2 Ice Cubes
    2-4 packets of Splenda

Directions

Blend all ingredients until frothy and light. Makes one serving.

Pour into a glass and add a dollop of FF Cool Whip and a sprinkle of additional spice if desired (not counted in the calorie total).
