This is a delicious high fiber muffin that is also sugar free. This is a delicious high fiber muffin that is also sugar free.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup fiber one cereal (crushed in the food processor) 1 cup Fiber One once crushed equals 1/2 cup.
3/4 C Splenda granular
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup FF milk
1 C frozen blueberries
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins and/or liners.
Combine flour, crushed Fiber One, Splenda, salt ,cinnamon and baking powder.
Pour oil into measuring cup, add the egg and then enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this in the flour mixture.
Fold in blueberries and fill muffin tins.
Make 12 small muffins.
Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
