    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 TBS quick cooking tapioca
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 cups rhubarb-chopped
    2 cups strawberries-sliced
    1 tsp. butter

    1 box Jiffy Pie Crust Mix - prepared


Combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, salt, nutmeg, tapioca and orange juice. Mix well and set aside. Make Pie crust, divide in half. Roll and place 1/2 in bottom of 9" pie pan, pour in fruit mixture, top with pie crust dough.
BAKE 450 degrees 10 min. REDUCE heat to 350 degrees for 30-40 min. or until crust is brown and fruit is bubbly.
VARIATION: Add 1 TBS grated orange peel to fruit mixture OR pie crust dough.
