Ingredients

    1 cup white rice
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tbsp sliced green onion
    2 tsp salt
    1 cup water
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Brown rice, garlic, and green onion with olive oil over medium heat. Pour in water and tomato sauce. Stir in salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
