Ingredients

1/3 cup Olive oil
1T Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Coleman's dry mustard
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced or grated
1 egg, raw
1 large head (or 2 hearts) Romaine lettuce, chopped or torn into bite-sized pieces
Parmesan cheese, finely shredded, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Croutons (optional)
Mix oil, lemon juice, dry mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic & egg. Add dressing to romaine; toss well to coat the lettuce evenly. Add Parmesan cheese, as well as pepper and croutons, if desired, and re-toss.
