Introduction

quick, easy & oooo sooooo good! quick, easy & oooo sooooo good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2c skim milk
    3/4c splenda
    1/2c bisquick baking mix
    1/4c butter
    4 eggs
    1 1/2t vanilla
    1c flaked or shredded sweetened coconut

Directions

HEAT oven to 350F

BUTTER pie plate, 9x1 1/4 or 10x1 1/2 inches.
PLACE all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend 15 sec on high speed. Pour into pie plate.
BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown & knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    No Splenda used 1/4 cup sugar and added Chocolate chip on top of half for DH. Ghiradelli 60% cacao -his favourite. They mellted and spread on one half. - 5/23/12
