Ingredients
-
* Milk, 2%, 10 cup
* Egg, fresh, 6 large
* Pepper, black, 2 dash
* Salt, 4 dash
* Bacon, 0.50 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat)
* Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp chopped
* Garlic, 0.30 cup
* Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Corn Starch, 1 cup
* New York's Breakfast Sausage 1 Pound
* 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
Directions
Cut all the Onion, Mushroom & any other Veggies you feel you want to add to this Recipe
Fry up the Bacon/ Breakfast sausage
( Now, here you can use whatever brand is used in your location but, make sure it says Breakfast Sausage & Bacon. I also like mixing my Recipe by using Subs, IE... Hamburger for Breakfast Sausage or Steakums for Bacon.The choice is really yours But, always try using 2 types of meat) ( I personally use Pepper Bacon from the Deli but, the choice is yours.)
Now, in another pan cook up the eggs & add them with the meat,
Then, add the Veggies, Milk, Seasonings, (Whatever 2 types of Meats you picked), Eggs & anything else in a Hugh Sauce Pan.
You will want to let it simmer on Medium to Medium/ Low for about 30 Minutes or until the veggies are fully cooked.
( Here's where you have the option to Start it in the morning & Let it simmer all day on low or just quickly cook it in an hour, Again the choice is yours.)
Then when the veggies are fully cooked add the Corn Starch to thick it up a bit.
(You might not use the full 1 cup but, I added it cuz, my hubby always likes the Double Batches)
Now, you can eat this plain or pour it over Fries, Tarter Tots or Home Made Biscuits
I didn't add the Fries, Tots or Biscuits cuz, I'll let you make up your own minds. :-)
