    1lbs of chicken cut up in chunks
    4tbsp of kikkomans teriyake sauce over chicken
    2 cups of brown rice
    1/2 cup of mixed vegetables
    2 egss srambled(no milk)
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup of bean sprouts

Directions

chunk up chicken pour teriyaki sause over for flavor
cook brown rice as instructed
saute onions and eggs
cook mixed vegis and mix all together, bean sprouts
