Introduction

A low calorie soup. I make this soup when I want to jump start my weight loss. It tastes great and I feel full for hours after eating it.

* It's 100 calories without the Cheese.

HINT: I use the baby carrots and steam them whole. Once they are soft it's easier to choped them

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 Ounces Turkey Breast cubed
    5 cups Swanson Broth
    2 Cups Water
    3 Cups Chopped Carrots
    1 Cup Chopped Celery
    1/2 Cup Onion
    1 TSP Minced Garlic
    1 TBSP Black Pepper
    1/2 Cup Star Shape Pasta
    1 TSP Shredded Asiago Cheese

Directions

Add Broth, Water, Garlic, Cubed Turkey and Black Pepper to a soup pot. Bring to a boil, then add the pasta.
In a Steamer, Layer Carrots ,Celery, then Onion and steam for 15 minutes. Add Chopped spinach and recover till wilted.
Add the vegetables to the Broth. Simmer 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with asaigo cheese if desired.
