Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup milk (I use 1%)
    2 medium eggs

Directions

Mix flour, milk, and eggs. Let stand an hour or more in fridge if possible.

Bake in silicon (or normal sprayed with pan) muffin trays at 425 for approx. 25 minutes.

Serve as soon as they are done baking.

Makes 12 individual yorkshires.

    It seemed to little batter for 12 cups so I put in my bigger 6 cup muffin pan and they didn't puff up. So I'll do 12 next time! - 4/2/12

    Very Good
    I use water instead of milk, it costs less. With three eggs you can put it in the oven immediately and they will pop up. - 9/11/11
