Introduction

Rich and decadent avocado based pudding to satisfy any chocolate craving. Best of all it's raw! Rich and decadent avocado based pudding to satisfy any chocolate craving. Best of all it's raw!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 ripe avocados
    3/4 cup raw cacao powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    1 pinch sea or kosher salt
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup raw agave nectar

Directions

Scoop avocado flesh into food processor, omitting the pits. Process and pulverize until smooth; add in cacao powder, vanilla, water, and salt. Blend to creamy consistency. Add sweetener as desired, 1 cup is usually about right for my tastes. If taste of avocados comes through too strongly try adding a little ground cinnamon and/or banana extract. Chill and serve.

    Incredible!
    I made a mini version with
    1/4 c. almond butter
    1/4 c. agave
    1/8 c. water or more
    1/8 c. cocoa powder
    small pinch sea salt
    1 medium avocado
    1 T. coconut oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    And threw all ingredients into a food processor and processed until smooth.

    2-3 minutes and yum!
