Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    1lb Asparagus
    2.5 Cups Diced Broccoli
    6 Tbsp Fat Free Plain Yogurt
    All Spices to Taste --
    Mustard Seed
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder
    Tumeric
    Ground Coriander Seed
    Chili Powder
    Cayenne Powder

Directions

Cook all veggies and spices together until veggies are tender. Add yogurt and cook on low heat until thoroughly incorporated into dish.

Makes 8 evenly divided servings.
