Ingredients

    4 loin cut pork chops, fat trimmed off .
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 bag frozen baby brussel spouts
    2 small potatos, peeled and halved

Directions

Braise pork chops in a skilled and then place them in the pressure cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add in onion and sprouts and potatoes.
Cook for 20 minutes after pressure's top starts rocking. Turn off heat and let pressure release while meat finishes cooking.
