Number of Servings: 85

Ingredients

    8oz Brummel & Brown Spread w/ Natural Yogurt (found in butter section of store)
    1 cup packed light brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup egg substitute (equivalent 2 eggs)
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    1 cup Nestle Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels

Directions

Beat together Brummel & Brown Spread, brown sugar, regular sugar until creamy.

Add egg substitute and vanilla. Beat well.

In separate bowl, mix together flour, bakin soda & salt.

Slowly add dry mixture to wet, blending well.

Mix in chocolate chips & oats.

Makes about 85 quarter size balls.

Bake 11-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
