This is one of the dishes that we make in Costa Rica it is very common in the entire country. The translation of the word is someone with a long beard. The reason for this is that one the dish is complete they look like a long beard. This recipe is also good for the lowcarb dieters. You can use canned green beans or raw however if they are raw the cooking time will be increased. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients

2 Cans of whole Green Beans
1/4 Tsp of powedered Onion
1/4 Tsp of powdered Garlic
2 Eggs separate yolk from whites
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Directions
Open cans and drain liquid make sure all liquid has been drained. On a separate bowl mix egg whites until they are fluffy and resemble snow or cotton, add the yolks and mix, add the onion and powder garlic, and salt and mix. Place a Pan on stove and turn heat to medium. Pour Olive oil into pan and let it heat up for a little bit. Mix the green beans with the eggs. Make sure that the eggs are all well mixed with the green beans. Once the pan is hot place about four to five green beans in a little bunch on pan and fry. Fry until the egg is cooked try keeping the green beans together in a little bunch while they cook, repeat this process untill complete.
You can serve this by it's self , with chicken, steak or fish.
