Introduction

Place greased iron skillet into 400 degree oven. Mix dry ingredients. Stir in oil and buttermilk and eggs. Stir in corn. Pour into hot skillet and bake for about 20 minutes.     2 Tbsp flax seed meal
    2 eggs
    2 cups buttermilk
    4 Tbsp canola oil
    corn cut off 1 cob

    Incredible!
    I used this recipe (less corn as I didn't have any) for dressing. So good I almost ate it all before Thanksgiving. I will make again. - 11/30/09
