A yummy, spicy way to cook shrimp and serve over noodles. A yummy, spicy way to cook shrimp and serve over noodles.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 tbsp Butter
    2 cloves Garlic
    14 oz frozen cooked whole deveined Shrimp
    1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 Green Onion
    1 c Milk


Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute garlic in butter until toasted. Add shrimp, red pepper, and black pepper. Cook for about ten minutes, or until shrimp is well-done and slightly browned. Add green onion and saute for about one minute. Add milk and turn on low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until milk has condensed somewhat. Serve over noodles (I used linguine - yum!)
