    1/4 cup quaker quick oats
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp splenda
    2 Tbsp blueberries


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare ramekin with nonstick cooking spray. Mix ingredients together and put in ramekin. Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Awesome, I added 1/8th tsp cinnamon and doubled the recipe for 2 people. Comes out more like a muffin-shaped cobbler, but I expected it to fall apart more than it did, and it tastes great - 6/16/10
