Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pork roast or boneless chops (about .5lbs)
    Frozen mixed bell peppers with onion
    Fresh onion
    Can of diced tomatos
    Garlic (fresh, powder or minced)
    Paprika
    Red pepper flakes
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

In a pot mix the cut up pork (cut however you would like), the whole bag of frozen peppers, onion (diced or cut into strips), paprika, garlic, salt and pepper flakes. Saute (without oil) for about 10 minutes until the pork is almost done, then add in the can of tomatos. Stir to blend and let simmer for about 30 minutes or so.

Serve over No Yoke egg noddles. (Noodles not calculated in recipe totals, add sepreate)
