    Papaya
    Banana
    Dates
    Almonds

Directions

Peel Papaya and banana. Cut into cubes and place into blender. If using dates with pit, remove pit and place dates and almonds into blender. Blend for 1 min. Pour into two glasses. top with curshed ice. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy:-)
