Ingredients

    3lbs Raw Ground Turkey Breast
    4 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cans Black Beans (14oz cans)
    1 can Kidney Beans (14oz can)
    3 cans Diced Tomatoes (14oz can)
    2 cans tomatoe sauce (8oz can)
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 peppers (2.5cup) (Your choice green, red, yellow)
    .25 cup muchrooms
    1 can Mexicorn (11oz can)
    Chili or mexican spices

Directions

Makes 13 - 1 cup servings (3 block) or 9 - 1.5 cup servings (4 block)

Heat oil in large skillet or fry pan
Add Onions, mushrooms and turkey. Cook turkey until brown. Drain Excess grease.
Add Peppers, Beans, Tomatoes, Tomatoe Sauce & corn.
Simmer about 30minutes.
Add 1 oz cheese on top.
