A simple smoothie for any time of day A simple smoothie for any time of day
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 1/2 medium bananas
    5 medium strawberries
    1 Yoplait Light Strawberry Banana yogurt
    1 cup skim milk
    as much crushed ice as you want

Directions

Slice bananas into blender. Add strawberries (I cut them in half), milk, yogurt, and ice. Blend until smooth. Serve. I add chocolate protein powder to mine for an extra kick (those calories not included).

Makes 3 servings.
