this is a recipe I found in Sparkpeople but I didn't need the salad only the dressing. It's a quick, easy, lo-sodium recipe that makes a fantastic mexican cuisine night. Ingredients

    1/4 c lime juice
    2T honey(cloverleaf)
    1 clove garlic - minced
    2T cilantro-dried
    2T finely diced jalapeno pepper
    1/8 c light olive oil
    1T water

Directions

Take all the ingredients and whisk them together. Refrigerate afterwards. makes 6 servings
