Introduction

This delicious & sweet chocolate smoothie includes your daily requirement for fruits. By using whey (or soy) protein you have 26 grams of protein. I have these for breakfast every morning. I drank these 3x a day for 3 weeks after having my wisdom teeth taken out and lost 10 lbs. I still drink 2x a day because they are so good and filling, and very quick and easy to prepare.

You can replace any of the fruits. I add in variety by substituting blueberries, rasberries, and blackberries for my fruit. By being creative with this recipe, you can have a different & yummy smoothie every day :-)

    Incredible!
I made this for my brother, who just got his wisdom teeth out. He said (or signaled, rather) that it was a five-star recipe! Thanks for sharing it.
I used skim milk (because it's what we had in the fridge), and I only put in about a spoonful of vanilla ice cream.
