Introduction

Quick and easy low calorie breakfast. I you don't like spicy food, omith the Southwestern Egg Beaters and double the regular Egg Beaters and season with Mrs. Dash original seasoning instead of the extra spicy. Ingredients

    1/4 C. Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1/4 C. Egg Beaters southwestern style
    1 tsp. Promise Free margarine
    3/4 slice reduced fat cheddar cheese
    3/4 slice lean deli ham (.75 oz.)
    1 Arnold Select Multi Grain Sandwich Thin
    Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning (or milder flavor if desired)

Directions

In a small non stick skillet, melt margarine. Add egg substitutes and seasoning. Cook stirring occassionally to avoid burning until mixture looks just slightly wet. Remove from heat. Arrange in pan to look somewhat like a patty to the size of the Sandwich Thin. Place cheese on egg and ham on top of the cheese. Cover with skillet cover or a plate. Toast Sandwich Thin. by the time the Thin is toasted, the cheese will have softened and eggs will be jelled together. Place egg mixture on bottom half of sandwich thin and cover with the top half.
