Ingredients

    1 bag Uncle Ben's Enriched Long Grain Rice
    12 strips Morning Star Farms Meal Starters Chick N Strips
    1/2 Cup Goya Black Beans
    1 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Smart Balance Spread

Directions

Start water boiling for rice. Pour oil into pan to warn the Chick N Strip.

Once water is boiling for rice, add bag of rice and boil for 12 minutes. Pour Black Beans into pan and boil. Sautee the Chick N Strips to warm them. Remove beans and Chick N Strips from the heat. Keep to side while rice finishes.

Once all are complete, drain the rice and stir in butter. Cut the Chick N Strips into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
