Introduction

Ingredients

20 slices of whole wheat french bread
6-8 garlic cloves
Pam cooking spray - butter or olive oil
1 tomato
10 basil leaves
2 oz. President fat free feta - sun dried tomato and herbs
*optional - salt, pepper, herbs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Put the garlic cloves in a clay garlic oven or place in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
3. Spray the sliced bread with Pam and lay flat on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake the bread for 8-10 minutes.
5. When the garlic is soft, remove the outer covering.
6. Spread 1/2 - 1 softened clove on top of the baked bread.
7. Dice a whole tomato.
8. Chop the basil leaves into thing strips and add to the diced tomato.
9. Add 2 oz. of the feta cheese.
10. Combine the ingredients adding salt, pepper, or other spices as desired.
11. Sprinkle a tablespoon of the tomato mixture on the slices of bread adding a sprinkle of parmesan.
