Introduction
Yummy low-cal chicken with a creamy sauce and veggies, too! Yummy low-cal chicken with a creamy sauce and veggies, too!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts, cut in 1/2
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 cup Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup (about 3/4 of the can)
1 cup Chicken Stock
2 tbsp. jarred brown gravy (you can use worcestershire sauce instead - this is just what I had on hand)
1/4 tsp. each of dried thyme, parsley, and rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste (not included in nutritional info.)
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the stock, cream of mushroom, gravy, and herbs.
Place chicken pieces inside of crock pot and pour sauce over chicken.
Cook in crock pot on high for four hours, or until chicken is done.
During the last 30 minutes, add in the frozen broccoli and stir.
*You can probably do this on low heat as well, I just haven't done it yet. Let me know how it comes out =)
