Introduction

An inexpensive alternative to buying low-fat frozen treats in the grocery store, which can sometimes be $4-5 per box.

The cost of the ingredients for this recipe at my grocery store was approximately $1.75.

I tweaked this recipe (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-det
ail.asp?recipe=640165) to add sugar free versions of the ingredients and substituted Fudge Mint cookies (think Girl Scout Thin Mints) for the Oreos!!
