    Flank Steak, 1 lb
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Refried Beans, 2 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    Salt, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, .2 tsp
    *Onion powder, .2 tsp
    Oregano, ground, .2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *corn tortilas, 4 serving

Directions

Cut meat into strips, fry with oil & spices.
Slice lettuce, dice tomatoes, onions, and cilantro, heat beans, and assemble as tacos
