Ingredients

    2 medium tomatoes chopped
    1/2 english cucumber chopped
    1/2 red onion chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed chopped
    1 mango chopped
    3 tblspoons fresh cilantro chopped
    juice of 2 limes
    2 tblspoons of olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Chop all vegetables and mango put together in bowl.
juice lime and add olive oil stir. add salt and pepper and stir. can serve immediately or refregerate.
