*Quaker Oatmeal (uncooked, dry), 2/3 cup (remove)
*Kellog's All-Bran Original, 2/3 cup (remove)
Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
*Smuckers Low Sugar Jam, 6 tbsp (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
*stevia - 1 packet, 6 serving (remove) (or 6 tbsp of "measure like sugar" equal or splenda)
Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) (remove)
Directions
Makes 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 350F or 180C. In a blender, mix everything but the cereal. Fold the cereal into the batter. Line muffin tins with aluminum cupcake liners (this affects the consistency) and spray with Pam. Pour the mixture evenly into the liners and top with chopped walnuts. Bake for 30 minutes.
