    5 egg whites, beaten
    1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
    2 tsp Splenda
    1 cup plain oatmeal
    cinnamon, nutmeg, other spices to taste


Add the ingredients one by one to blender. Oatmeal is best added 1/3 cup at a time. Blend until batter forms. Cook 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until done.

    Very Good
    Wonderfully tasty and healthy alternative to regular pancakes. I added a bit of wheat flour to stretch it a bit but they were very good! - 3/14/07
